Gabe Solberg is a Senior Learning Specialist at Cydcor. Cydcor is a company that helps their clients obtain and retain customers. Part of Gabe's positition at Cydcor is to help staff with understanding of different personality traits and human behavior. Pyschologists believe that understanding personality traits will help build better relationships at work, home, and every day life. Before the meeting began, Gabe had us all take a quick assessment using DISC. DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). During the meeting Gabe explained to us what our results meant. Quite interesting to hear everyone's results and how they relate to our actual relationships.
