Host an Exhibitor Booth at the Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade & Pet Expo

The 8th Annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade is organized by the Rotary Club of Simi Sunset and will march around Simi Valley’s Rancho Tapo Community Park (Lemon Park) on October 30th, 2016, beginning at 10:00 am.

The Pooch Parade & Pet Expo is an amazingly cost-effective way to meet more than 1,000 of the most enthusiastic pet lovers in the Simi Valley area.

The Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade & Pet Expo is also a major fund-raiser for Rotary, with all net proceeds going to charity. All revenues from parade marchers go to our main beneficiaries — the Ventura County K-9 Search & Rescue Team and Guide Dogs of America. Revenues from exhibitors go into our Rotary club’s general charitable fund and also pay for the expenses to operate the Pooch Parade & Pet Expo.

This year, we expect about 150 marchers and close to 1,000 spectators, which will be about double the number of attendees at our original parade in 2009. After the parade, our judges will award Top Dog prizes, followed by exciting dog exhibitions, demonstrations, and on-site pet adoptions. We also have a complete food court with hot dogs, burgers, Mexican food, quality coffees, shaved ice, ice cream, kettle corn, snacks and more, which will keep most of the attendees at the Pet Expo for several hours after the parade.

So don’t miss out on a super-fun way to meet hundreds of potential new customers and to also make a contribution to our wonderful community. For more vendor information, please contact Lizzy Whitlock: lwhitlock@simisunsetrotary.org (805) 558-6740.
